Prior to starting nursery you are able to make one change to the sessions or start date. Thereafter, a minimum of 6 weeks written notice is required to make changes to your “plan”.
Subject to staffing, it may be possible to book one off extra sessions on the day. However, we generally require a minimum of one week’s notice. Please message/speak to reception.
Unfortunately, we cannot swop days for you on an ad-hoc basis.
