What happens if I cannot collect my child?

Two members of staff will stay with the child and endeavour to contact a parent/carer or other emergency contact as quickly as possible. If unsuccessful staff will contact the social services department of the CityCouncil. This contact will be made after one hour has passed after the time the child should have been collected. At all times we will ensure that the child is comforted and fed/watered if required. If you know that you will be late to collect your child or will be sending somebody unknown to the nursery please contact us immediately.
